Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Fresh greated coconut 1 cup


  • Fresh turmeric 1 inch (peel and chopped)


  • Ginger 1 inch (peel and chopped)


  • Green chillies 2 chopped


  • Onion 1 medium chopped


  • Garlic cloves 4 piece


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Sugar 1 tsp


  • Oil 1 tbsp


  • Mustard seed 1/2 tsp


  • Curry leaves 10


  • Dry red chilli 2

Directions

  • In a blender jar add coconut, turmeric, ginger, green chillies, onion, garlic, salt and sugar and blend this for few seconds or until you get a smooth paste.
  • Coconut mixture is ready. Now transfer it into a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, red chillis, when it starts crackling add curry leaves stir this and immediately add this in prepared coconut mixture and mix well.
  • Turmeric Coconut Chutney is ready to serve.
